Returns Policy

1. Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

Goods should come back in a condition that lets us resell them, with their packaging where possible.

2. How to start a return

Email info@ecoms-trading.com with your order number and tell us what you are returning. We will reply with the return address and confirm what to do next.

Please do not send anything back before you have written to us — the return address depends on which warehouse the order shipped from.

3. Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• Where the order was paid by card, the refund goes back to the original payment method.
• Where the order was paid cash on delivery, there is no card to refund, so we pay by bank transfer to an account you give us.

4. Faulty products

Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right, the legal guarantee applies: two years in the European Union. If a product turns out to be faulty, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Orders placed on a marketplace

If you bought through an online marketplace, that marketplace’s own return process applies and is usually the fastest route. Start the return there. If you get stuck, write to us and we will help.

6. Complaints

Write to info@ecoms-trading.com. We reply to complaints within 14 days.
