We only list products that come with the documents required in the EU: CE declarations where applicable, safety data for batteries, and EN 71 for toys. We don’t sell branded goods we aren’t authorised to sell, or any restricted products.
We buy directly from manufacturers we know, mainly in China and Europe, and check samples before ordering.
Goods are stored and packed at partner warehouses in the EU.
We sell through online marketplaces and our own advertising.
Courier partners deliver the orders and collect payment on delivery, then pay the proceeds out to us.
