Figures describing our operations — countries served, manufacturing partners, call centre languages and similar — are indicative of the scale of the business at the time of publication, not a commitment for any particular engagement. Coverage, lead times and pricing for your routes are given in writing when we respond to an enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry or a route plan request places no obligation on either side. A route plan we send you is an indicative assessment based on what you told us, not a binding quotation, and it does not create a commercial relationship. Personal data in your enquiry is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The consignment trace panel on the platform page is a demonstration. It generates illustrative events inside your own browser to show how a trace reads. It does not query any carrier, it does not show any real consignment, and nothing you type into it is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
We own or are licensed to use all content on this site, including its text, layout, design system, graphics and code. The Sphere and ECOMSTRADING names and marks are ours. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them except as set out in section 3.
Where we link to a third-party website we do so for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We do not guarantee that this site will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
